This is a private pilot website for Careerland AI, a working service brand associated with Harish Pokuri's Careerland business. Public launch contact and company details will be finalized before the website is opened to customers.

Information collected here

When you send a request, the site stores your sign-in identifier, name, email, company, selected service, message, preferred date, language and submission time. These records let you track your inquiry in the customer portal and support a later project discussion. Avoid sharing medical records, passwords, payment details or sensitive candidate data.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in this site's hosted database. Your portal only retrieves records attached to your authenticated account. The website operator can access site records through its hosting management tools. ChatGPT sign-in and hosting are provided by the hosting platform and have their own privacy terms.

Cookies and external services

The site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and sign-in may use necessary cookies. The workflow demonstration uses preset examples, does not call an AI provider and does not submit its examples to external services.

Assistant studio

The studio stores your assistant settings, business FAQs and test handoff inquiries. Chat messages remain in browser memory. In FAQ mode, questions are matched against approved text without an AI provider. If AI mode is enabled, the configured provider receives the current chat and FAQ content. AI calls are requested without response storage, although provider-side operational retention may still apply. Hourly usage records contain your account identifier and a timestamp, not message content. Provider choices and retention settings need review before enabling customer access.

Manage your requests

You can download your records or delete individual requests in your portal. Deleted requests are removed from the active application database; platform backups may have separate retention. Contact channels, retention periods and any additional provider agreements must be finalized before public launch.
